Our Directors
Operations Director Bev Walsh established the company with Rebecca. Bev thoroughly enjoys being part of a great team and supporting Managing Director Rebecca in building the business. She likes cycling, walking and fitness and says she's a surprisingly good fielder in rounders!
Managing Director Rebecca Tilling established PureMaison in 2007, and says seeing her company grow has been like 'living the dream'. In her spare time she likes to keep fit by cycling and doing Park Run events in the local forest. She's an excellent listener and has a lot of time for her fabulous team.
Management Team
Office Coordinator Donna Craven has been with us since 2012, and loves being part of such a strong and supportive team. She also manages to balance an unlikely mix of hobbies in baking and body combat, but has never tried both at once!
Allan looks after the grounds, equipment, vehicles and property maintenance, while also coordinating day-to-day health and safety checks. Organised, approachable and hardworking, Allan helps keep everything running safely and smoothly.
I enjoy finding better ways of doing things. Whether it's improving systems, organising data, streamlining processes or solving the occasional unexpected problem, I'm always looking for ways to make things run more efficiently. I like learning new skills and getting stuck into challenges that make me think.
Jayne brings more than 25 years of experience in HR, project work and supporting busy teams, and has known Bev and Rebecca for over 20 years. As Project Coordinator, she enjoys getting involved wherever she’s needed, helping to keep projects moving and supporting the team behind the scenes.
