Our History
PureMaison Is Launched
Established in Northwich, Cheshire in July 2007, PureMaison was set up by Managing Director Rebecca Tilling and Operations Director Beverley Walsh. Very few cleaning companies in the area at the time offered a professional standard of service, and the aim of the company was to fill this gap in the market by providing a reliable, top quality service to domestic customers. From day one, we provided a smart tunic embroidered with our company logo for our two ladies, along with a company vehicle branded with the PureMaison graphics to support our website.
Starting Small
In the beginning, PureMaison consisted of just two cleaning staff and four people in total providing domestic cleaning services to customers in Northwich and surrounding areas. As is usual with small companies, all the staff had to be able to turn their hand to anything and it wasn't unusual for senior staff to be going out on cleaning jobs in addition to office work.
A Growing Company
This work ethic and understanding of clients' needs stood us in good stead, as PureMaison quickly grew to encompass more than 50 staff, including our specialised teams of domestic cleaners, head office administration, HR and health and safety personnel as well as a dedicated mechanic, responsible for keeping all our vehicles and equipment in full working order.
Where We Are Now...
Now a well-respected and ever-expanding business in the professional cleaning market operating throughout Cheshire, we pride ourselves on a bespoke and flexible service with outstanding attention to detail. At the heart of everything we do is a great team who genuinely care about your home.
Further Growth
The PureMaison team has continued to grow over the years, and we have team members who have been with us from the start of our journey, which we are very proud of. We are working on identifying where there may be opportunities around product rationalisation, sustainability, operational efficiency, and support, looking at the breadth of our product range with a focus on sustainable, environmentally responsible, and health-sensitive solutions:
- Carbon emissions
- Product support
- Training support
- Customer service
