What information do I need to provide when I first contact you?
To get started, we’ll just need your name, address, email and telephone number. We’ll then have a quick chat about your home, your priorities and how we can best support you. From there, we’ll email you a quote based on an initial estimate of the hours required. Once your cleaning service begins, we can review this with you and make any adjustments needed.
How do I know your cleaners are trustworthy?
At PureMaison, we check all references thoroughly and carefully, and carry out a DBS which allows us to check for previous criminal convictions through the national police database. If you would like to know more about the DBS check please visit gov.uk
How much does your service cost?
Each quote is tailored to your home and how you use it and because we offer additional services, no quote will be the same. However, where possible we will provide you with a written quote detailing what has been discussed. This can be accepted as is, or amended until it is right for you, your home and your budget. There is no obligation and no pressure.
What areas do you cover?

How do I pay you?
You can pay by bank transfer which most people find the easiest or a standing order.
How often will you visit?
We can do a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit.
Can I provide my own products?
We bring everything needed to complete your clean, including fresh cleaning materials and regularly checked equipment, so there’s no need to provide your own.
You can ask us to use a particular product, but it must meet the relevant health and safety requirements and be approved in advance. We’re unable to use your own cleaning equipment, as we can’t guarantee its safety or condition. Any damage caused by products you supply would also need to be handled through your own insurer.
What are your office opening hours?
Our Head Office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
