November 10, 2015We’re always keen to invest in our staff with the best training and continuing professional development, and we’re happy to announce that we’ve got 15 members of staff about to start National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), recognised across the UK as reflecting real skills in real jobs. The courses run for 12 months and will give the girls nationally recognises qualifications.
We also plan to enrol staff onto courses run by The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs), the largest independent, professional and educational body in the UK.
Three of our members of staff, Donna Kraven, Maria Hayes and Ruth Owens, have passed their Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards, giving the necessary skills and qualification to work safely on building sites.
