1What time do you start in the mornings?
Our teams are available on site from 7am onwards.
2Can you lock/unlock the premises and deactivate/reactivate alarm systems?
We are happy to do this if provided with full access details and a key. If you need us to keep a key overnight, please notify our head office first.
3Will you provide us with a contract for your services?
Yes, this will be agreed with both parties prior to any work.
4What sets you apart from other cleaning companies?
We work to very high standards of professionalism, so you're guaranteed a top quality service. We're not a franchise, so all our full time and part time staff are directly employed - we never use agency staff. We provide a flexible, trustworthy, reliable service that's second to none.
5Will the first visit cost more?
No - we make an initial site visit so that we're aware of the whole job, and we take this into consideration when quoting. We'll continue to make visits until all of the work has been carried out in a timely fashion as agreed.
6How many hours do you spend per visit?
This is agreed prior to our starting work, and is normally calculated based on the square footage of your premises.
7Does someone have to be there while you're cleaning?
No, not if we have full key access to the property.
8What happens if I need to cancel a clean?
Ideally, we'd like you to let our head office know of any changes to arrangements at least seven days in advance, so that we can cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than three days in advance, we'll make the following charges:
• Less than 24 hours notice 100% service charge
• Less than 72 hours notice 50% service charge
If, on arrival at your property, our team can't get in because you haven't made reasonable arrangements, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service charge.

9Are your staff uniformed?
Yes, our staff will arrive at your premises in branded Puremaison uniforms, and have personal protection equipment to wear on site.
10How do you monitor the service you provide?
Each team has a supervisor who carries out spot checks, as well as monitoring tracers on vehicles. All teams work to an agreed timescale, which is checked each day.
11How long would I be tied into a contract for?
This is negotiable, and would be pre-agreed before we start work.
12What areas do you cover?
We cover a wide area, which includes South Manchester, Chester, Crewe, Warrington and Knutsford.
